How this Form works:
To secure your chosen workshop at the Wildflowers in the City Textile & Sashiko Retreat with a partial payment, please fill out and submit the form below. After submitting the form, you will receive an email with our banking details.
A partial payment of $300.00 is required to secure your booking, with the balance due two months prior to commencement of the retreat. Once your deposit has cleared, you will receive a confirmation email that will include a receipt and confirmation of the details that you submitted. You will receive friendly reminder emails before your next payment is due and confirm payments with an updated schedule after each payment has been received.
The full cost of your nominated retreat workshop is $750.
Retreat organiser Sue Howie is your point of contact for the retreat. She is very happy to help answer any of your retreat questions and will ensure you are well taken care of from the minute you register to the time we farewell you from the retreat. Her contact email is sue@sashikoaustralia.com.au
Deposit Booking Terms & Conditions
A deposit of $300 is required for you to secure a booking for your chosen Retreat workshop. Your selected workshop booking will not be secured until the paid deposit has cleared.
Upon receipt of your deposit, a payment plan, reference number, and welcome letter will be emailed to you.
Following your deposit payment, the remainder of the Retreat cost will be required as outlined in the payment plan, with the final balance due eight weeks prior to commencement of the Retreat.
All cancellations must be forwarded to retreat organiser Sue Howie: sue@sashikoaustralia.com.au.
If you cancel your booking up to six weeks prior to the commencement of the Retreat, you will receive a full refund, less an administration fee of $50.
Please note that substitutions of a delegate may be accepted in lieu of a cancellation.
The organisers reserve the right to cancel a workshop due to lack of numbers or unforeseen circumstances. You will be notified of any such cancellation, and alternative workshop options will be offered. If you decide to not accept an alternative workshop offering, a refund will be made, but an administration fee of $50 will apply.
