Sue Howie has had a passion for Japanese textiles and crafts for well over twenty years. Her passion of sharing and educating others in the art of Sashiko and Boro is what drives her to Teach and Share these beautiful methods of stitching.
Sue is a well respected and innovative teacher of these art forms. Her gentle style of teaching resonates with all who come to enjoy time and learn from her. She is patient, very giving of her knowledge and has a desire to share her knowledge and passion with all age levels from 8 to 108.
Her classes are designed to target all levels of expertise in stitching.
