Bookings by Deposit
A deposit as specified on the event page is required to secure a booking at your chosen Retreat or workshop. Your selected booking will not be secured until the paid deposit has cleared.
Upon receipt of your deposit, a payment plan, reference number, and welcome letter will be emailed to you.
Following your deposit payment, the remainder of the event cost will be required as outlined in the payment plan, with the final balance due eight weeks prior to commencement of the event.
All cancellations must be forwarded to retreat organiser Sue Howie: sue@sashikoaustralia.com.au.
If you cancel your booking up to six weeks prior to the commencement of the event, you will receive a full refund, less an administration fee of $100. If you cancel your booking less than six weeks prior to the commencement of the event, you will not receive a refund.
Please note that substitutions of a delegate may be accepted in lieu of a cancellation.
The organisers reserve the right to cancel an event due to lack of numbers or unforeseen circumstances. You will be notified of any such cancellation, and alternative options will be offered. If you do not wish to accept an alternative offering, a refund will be made, but an administration fee of $100 will apply.
The event organisers may wish to use photographs of attendees and their work while participating in workshops and events for newsletters and social media posts. Please notify us if you do not consent to this.

The event organisers reserve the right to cancel due to lack of numbers or unforeseen circumstances. You will be notified of any such cancellation, and alternative options will be offered. If you decide to not accept an alternative offering, a refund will be made, but an administration fee of $100 will apply.

As a ticket holder, if you cancel your booking for any reason up to six weeks prior to the commencement of the event, you will receive a full refund less an administration fee of $100. If you cancel your booking less than six weeks prior to the commencement of the event, you will not receive a refund.

Your contact details will be kept on the organiser’s database until such time as you request them to be deleted.
You accept and understand the above general terms and conditions and all other terms and conditions that apply to your attending this event and venue for yourself and any travelling companions that may attend any part of this event with you.
